Financial Matters

Registration for all 2010 projects begins August 1, 2009.
From August 1-January 14, you may register your group with no deposit at time of registration. On January 15, a $60 per person deposit is due. This deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable to the balance after January 15.  Each project is open on a first-come, first-served basis.

Total Cost Per Participant (Including Deposit)
PowerPlant projects in the US are $269.  PowerPlant projects in Canada are $309. 

Payment Deadlines
You can register online beginning on August 1, 2009 with no money due at the time of registration until January 15, 2010. 
Deposit:  A $60 per person deposit is due on January 15, 2010.  After January, 15, 2010, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to the balance.
First Payment:  A $60 per person payment is due on March 15, 2010.  After March 15, 2010, payment is non-refundable and non-transferable to the balance.
Balance:  Balances are due on May 1, 2010 for projects that begin in June and June 1, 2010 for projects that begin in July.  Balances are refundable up to 30 days before your project starts.

Requests for refunds for PowerPlant projects must be submitted in writing to the national PowerPlant office at powerplant@namb.net.

Making a Payment
Credit Card Payments:
You can pay online by clicking here.  Sign into the project registration page using your email username and the password that you set for yourself.   Go to the My Registration tab and click Make Payment.  Follow the instructions to make a credit card payment. 

Check Payments:
You can also pay by check.  To insure that your payment is accurately posted, please make the check payable to POWERPLANT and include your project name in the memo line of the check.  Please mail the payment to:

Refund Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable to the balance after January 15, 2010.

First payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to the balance after March 15, 2010. 

Balances are refundable up to 30 days before your project starts. Requests for refunds for PowerPlant projects must be submitted in writing to the national PowerPlant office at powerplant@namb.net.

Registration Cost Includes:
Lodging
Meals at project**
Project preparation materials
T-shirt for each participant (to be given at the project)
Secondary accident insurance\
Program materials
Experienced leadership at project
Pre-project planning logistics

Registration does not include travel to and from project locations.

**Four meals will be at your expense and are usually evening meals when you are still on assignment with your church plant.
